For customers from Ukraine:
For individuals, payment is made online when placing an order, or by issuing an invoice for payment - choose the option that suits you when placing your order.
For legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, payment is made by invoice (with or without VAT). You can specify your EDRPOU code when placing an order, which will speed up its processing by our managers.
We ship products within 1-3 business days by Nova Poshta within Ukraine. The shipping cost is paid by the Buyer upon receipt of the goods. The delivery time can be increased to 10-14 working days if an additional service for metrological calibration of the device is ordered. Shipment is carried out after full prepayment of the products.
For foreign customers:
Private individuals can pay for the goods and shipping online when placing an order. The goods are sent by Ukrposhta. We ship the goods within 1-3 business days. The delivery time can be increased to 10-14 business days if an additional service for metrological calibration of the device is ordered. The delivery time by the carrier depends on the destination and can be from 7 (Europe), to 14 (USA, Canada, Central and South America) or 22 days (Asia, Australia).
Legal entities (companies) can leave an application on the website (or inquiry via emai), indicating the delivery address, company name, and choosing the "Invoice" payment method. Our foreign trade managers will prepare the entire package of documents, invoice, contract, as well as agree and calculate the method and cost of delivery.
