Professional hammer-type wood moisture meter Metrinco M140W

Portable conductometric moisture meter for quick and accurate determination of moisture content in softwood and hardwood, sawdust and other materials.

It is equipped with an impact (hammer) type sensor with 45 mm long insulated needles (length of the penetrating part: 30 mm, diameter of the penetrating part: 3.5 mm).

Model 140W differs from the similar model M141W in the lack of an infrared pyrometric sensor, which is used for non-contact measurement of wood temperature and allows for automatic temperature compensation during measurement. Instead, the M140W model requires manual adjustment of the wood temperature.
